CPUC is asking for public comments

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is soliciting public comment for cable television and internet services for consumers. Please let them know you'd like to see Marin TV channels in the High Definition format we actually send to the cable companies. Our HD signal is then downconverted by the cable operators to a standard definition signal when delivered to cable TV homes, the result is an overall loss of detail making important graphics and captions presented in municipal meetings become unreadable. We think Marin cable TV subscribers deserve better.

To see the official CPUC page visit: https://www.cpuc.ca.gov/regulatory-services/licensing/video-franchising

To submit a written comment to the CPUC, go to this page and click on the Public Comments tab at the top: https://apps.cpuc.ca.gov/apex/f?p=401:56::::RP,57,RIR:P5_PROCEEDING_SELE...
