San Rafael Elks Lodge #1108 is sponsoring HoopShoot, a basketball free-throw competition on Saturday, December 10th, 2022 from 10:30am - 12:30pm at the Albert J Boro Community Center Gymnasium located at: 50 Canal St, San Rafael.
