2009 Board Election Results

Board of Directors 2009/10
This year, there will be two positions on the Board of Directors to be
selected by the membership. Nominees for the Board of Directors consist
of candidates selected by the Board in addition to those put forward by
the membership. The full Board meets monthly; board members also
participate in committee meetings that are held as needed. Nominees for
the member positions for the Board of Directors must be CMCM members;
individuals are sought who broadly represent the communities served by
CMCM.

The Community Media Center of Marin is a non-profit organization governed by a 16 person Board of Directors. The Board generally meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at the offices of CMCM, meetings are open to the public. Below are past meeting agendas and minutes by fiscal year.
