Roots of Peace works to unearth dangerous landmines in war-torn countries and empowers the local communities scarred by these inhumane weapons.

Roots of Peace Founder & CEO Heidi Kuhn speaks with guests from Israel and Palestine about the "Demine, Replant, Rebuild project".

The program also features musical performances in support of the non-profit, including: Dave Jenkins (lead-singer Pablo Cruise), Jaime Kyle (Atlantic recording artist), and guitarist, Tal Morris (formerly with Creedence Clearwater Revival and Huey Lewis).

Audi Murphy, the war hero/actor; Nikola Tesla, important contributor to the birth of commercial electricity; Saint Patrick, recognized patron saint of Ireland; and Thomas Edison, the inventor of phonography, the motion picture camera and the light bulb.
