Rising Sun Energy Center and the San Rafael Fire Department have partnered to host a FREE Halogen Lamp Swap! If you are a PG&E customer come swap your halogen floor lamp for BRAND NEW, energy efficient floor lamps at Pickleweed Park! Please bring: a copy of your PG&E bill! 1-4 PM
