Speaker Bio: Dena Belzer, founder and president of Strategic Economics, an urban economics research firm based in Berkeley, California. Ms. Belzer specializes in projects with complex settings and many participants, often requiring an innovative approach to research and analysis. She has numerous publications to her credit and has served on many U.S. EPA technical assistance projects, Mayors Institute for City Design and Urban Land Institute advisory panels.
