To learn to better cope with the loss of a loved one, join Hospice By The Bay’s support group, Integrative Restoration for Grief - a non-movement-based meditation that invites deep relaxation and self-inquiry. Wednesdays, February 15 – April 4 from 4pm - 5:30 p.m. Fee ranges from free - $175.
