Steel Pan Drum Classes

The Albert J Boro Community Center in San Rafael is offering beginning & intermediate steel pan classes, starting January 14 through February 18 at 6&7pm. The class is taught by St Lucia island native Harry Best, a master player, composer and teacher. Fee is $100-$110. Come play!
