CMCM Board Elections 2012

Overview
CMCM has five member-elected board positions that rotate in three year terms. Current members may submit nominations for expiring board seats in Sept/Oct after nomination forms have been sent to all current members. The CMCM board currently has 16 members, the majority of which are designated/appointed by outside agencies and the MTA. In addition to the five elected members, the CMCM board appoints two members.

2012 Member Election Results
The election results were announced at the Annual member Meeting on October 21st:
54 members submitted ballots electing Bruce Bagnoli and Jim Geraghty to the Board.

Final Ballot Count:
Bruce Bagnoli 69.1% 37 votes
Nick Coccellato 21.8% 11 votes
Jim Geraghty 85.5% 46 votes

2012 Member Meeting

The 2012 Annual CMCM Member Meeting will be held October 21st, 11:00am-noon at Marin Bocce, Albert Park, San Rafael. There two member-elected board positions up for election this year. The details and nomination forms can be found here (PDF | Word Doc).

Past 2012 Elections for the Board of Directors

This year there are three candidates for two open member-elected board positions. The candidates are:

Nick Coccellato (read statement)
Jim Geraghty (read statement)
Voting is electronic, current members will receive ballot information via email. If you do not receive a ballot - contact Michael (email or call 721-0636 x16)

The timetable for elections for the Board of is:

• October 2nd - Deadline for Board nomination forms to be received at CMCM by 6PM. The Nomination forms are available on this page as word and pdf files.

• October 5th – Ballots and information on all member nominees will be sent out to membership via email and posted to the web site. Voting will be electronic unless a member requests a paper ballot.

• October 19th – Midnight deadline to receive completed ballots.

• October 21st - Annual Member Meeting. The Board of Directors will present its new designated appointees and the newly member elected board members.
