Field Equipment Reservation

Members who are certified in camera field equipment may make reservations here. Please fill out the entire form, you will receive
a copy via email.

Equipment reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. When possible, please reserve equipment at least a week in advance to ensure equipment is available.

For weekday checkouts, field equipment may be checked out for up to 48 hours for weekday checkouts and 72-94 hours for weekend checkouts. If additional days are required, a fee of $20 per day may apply.
