Spring is on its way and that means its time to grab your video camera and get ready for the 4th Annual Fairfax Short Documentary Film Challenge. March 26th - 28th.

On the cusp of the Academy Awards where a $10 million film beat out a $400 million dollar film for best picture, many are still wondering where a program produced for $10 can get the recognition it deserves.
